How does the subscription work?
Choose your plan (Discovery or Passion), complete our brief flavor quiz or select your preferences manually, then customize your grind type and delivery frequency. Your first month is free when you commit to at least three months, and afterwards your box ships automatically each month with free delivery worldwide.
What’s included in each box?
Each month you’ll receive coffee calibrated for a daily consumption of 4–7 cups:
– 1 × 1 kg bag (≈ 33 g/day × 30 days) of freshly roasted, single-origin or micro-lot coffee
– 2 × 1 kg bags (≈ 66 g/day × 30 days) of two distinct coffees
Plus an illustrated tasting card with origin stories, flavor notes, and brewing tips.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can manage your subscription at any time via your online account. Pause or skip a delivery, change your grind or plan, or cancel after the minimum three-month commitment.
What if I don’t love the coffee I receive?
Since our beans are perishable, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened bags. However, your satisfaction is important to us:
- Tell us what you didn’t enjoy—origin, roast level, flavor notes—and our experts will tailor your next selection to better match your tastes.
- You can update your flavor preferences (e.g. lighter roast, different origin, grind size) at any time in your account so upcoming boxes hit the mark.
- Our team of coffee specialists is on hand via live chat or email to recommend brewing tips or alternative profiles that suit you.
This way, we focus on getting your next cup just right rather than replacing or refunding perishable coffee.
